How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our store, select the items you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details.

We use Shopify to process all orders and you can rest assured that our payments are secured.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment All transactions are securely processed through our payment gateway which is Shopify.

Do you offer any discount codes for students, NGO’s or anyone else that meets specific criteria?

We appreciate your interest in our products! However, we unfortunately are not able to provide any discount codes based on these conditions. Thank you for understanding.

I received a discount code that is not working upon checkout, what should I do?

Please follow the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure you are checking out with the email address your discount code was granted through. Alternatively, the same Perplexity account you have.

  2. If the discount code was given for a specific email, it will not be applied successfully for another email.

  3. Ensure you are applying the discount code in the right spot.

I placed an order, how do I obtain my invoice?

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days

Do you offer shipping to other countries that are not listed above?

No, we do not offer the ability to ship to countries that are not listed above. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to serving you in the future.
