How do I initiate a return or exchange?
We do not take returns at this time, but we understand why there may be circumstances where this is needed. Please contact our customer support team through the Intercom chat on our website, we will assess the best course of action case to case.
We do not offer exchanges for our products, thank you for understanding.
What if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll need photos of the damage and your order details to process a refund or to ship you another package.
