What is your return policy?

We currently do not support returns. This helps us reduce packaging waste and the carbon footprint associated with returning items, which supports our sustainability and environmental goals.

If you’d like to contact us regarding your purchase due to quality issues, damage, or sizing, please reach out through Intercom by clicking the chat button in the bottom right of the screen, or email [email protected].

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us within this 14-day period if you wish to exercise this right, and our team will provide further instructions.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time, but we understand there may be situations where additional support is needed. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.

What if I received a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include photos of the damage and your order details so we can review the issue and either process a refund or send a replacement.
