We provide real life updates through the Shop app. We highly advice that you take a look at the shop app to track the status of your order. We will also update you when your order has been placed, shipped and delivered.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in real-time using the Shop app which you can sign in using the same email you checked out with.

How can I know if there are issues with my delivery?
We will let you know if there are any issues, or the carrier will also reach out in the event that there's an exception through email or text.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Is my order connected to my Perplexity account?
In the event you have a Perplexity account, it is not tied to your account. Please use the receipt and tracking number you received upon check to track your order.
