We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment All transactions are securely processed through our payment gateway which is Shopify.
Do you offer any discount codes for students, NGO’s or anyone else that meets specific criteria?
We appreciate your interest in our products! However, we unfortunately are not able to provide any discount codes based on these conditions. Thank you for understanding.
I received a discount code that is not working upon checkout, what should I do?
Please follow the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure you are checking out with the email address your discount code was granted through. Alternatively, the same Perplexity account you have.
If the discount code was given for a specific email, it will not be applied successfully for another email.
Ensure you are applying the discount code in the right spot.
I placed an order, how do I obtain my invoice?
You can download your invoice on the Shop portal or by finding your confirmation email where you will be able to see the option to request an invoice.
Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
No, we’re not able to allow more than one payment method per order. You will be able to see available payment methods upon checkout.
Coupons and Discount Codes
I received a discount code for a specific item, can I swap this for another item?
Item-specific discount codes are uniquely tied to the selected product and cannot be transferred or applied to other items in our catalog.
