Why has my order not arrived yet?

While delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we recommend the following steps to track your shipment:
Check your order status on the Shop website
Review the shipping confirmation email you received
Verify these details against the estimated delivery date provided at checkout, please allow up to 2 weeks time (in business days) before contacting us or the carrier.
For real-time updates or if you notice no progress in transit, you may either:
Contact the shipping carrier directly
Contact us by visiting our Intercom chat window found on supply.perplexity, we will need your email in order to take a look at your shipment.
We will gladly provide additional information about your order's status and work to resolve any delivery concerns.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in real-time using the Shop app which you can sign in using the same email you checked out with.
