Perplexity Pro Gift Subscriptions
How does a Perplexity Pro Gift Subscription work?
Give someone you know the gift of knowledge with Perplexity Pro subscription.
To purchase a gift subscription, visit https://perplexity.supply/ and choose the gift duration you’d like to give (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). You must enter an email address for each gift recipient before adding the item to your cart.
If purchasing more than one gift subscription, each email address must be entered and added to cart separately, but you can complete the purchase for all of them in a single transaction.
When you enter the recipient’s email address, they will receive an email with a unique promo code to redeem their subscription at perplexity.ai. The Pro subscription is NOT automatically applied to their account; the recipient must use the link in the email they receive to activate their Pro access.
Is there a discount for bulk Perplexity Pro Gift Subscription purchases?
No. Bulk purchases of Perplexity Pro Gift Subscriptions are not eligible for discounts.
How do I make a bulk purchase of Perplexity Pro Gift Subscriptions?
For bulk purchases of gift subscriptions, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will issue a single invoice link for the full amount. Once the invoice is paid, we will promptly send you a CSV file containing all the codes for distribution to your recipients.
Each code will have no expiration date.
The subscription time begins upon code redemption by each recipient.
Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Invoices are available upon request. For standard purchases or bulk orders over 15, please reach out to [email protected] with your order details to request an invoice.
What is the return policy on Perplexity Pro Gift Subscriptions?
Because this is a digital product, we cannot offer returns or refunds.
Coffee
Our coffee was crafted in February 2025, locking in freshness you can savor for up to a year, unopened. For optimal flavor, we recommend sipping it within 1–2 weeks of opening, so every brew tastes like that very first, freshly roasted morning.
Why does coffee ship separately?
Our coffee products are shipped separately from other items in your order. This allows us to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and in the best possible condition. You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers, so don’t worry if your coffee arrives at a different time than your other purchases. If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to contact our customer support team.
