If my order has shipped, can I pay an additional fee to expedite?
Unfortunately, this is not possible to do. Once your order has been shipped we can’t expedite or change the order’s ETA.

Please be aware that any outstanding taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. You may be required to pay these fees once the delivery has entered the destination country. You can pay any applicable fees through the carrier's online portal or upon delivery. You may be notified via email if you have any taxes and duties due.
Why does coffee ship separately?
Our coffee products are shipped separately from other items in your order. This allows us to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and in the best possible condition. You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers, so don’t worry if your coffee arrives at a different time than your other purchases.
